What would be the best way to go about this? And how would I be able to incorporate the stereo analyze algorithm in this process. Im trying to emulate a software visual mastering software with KDFX and I think the key is with this algorithm. Is it possible to do eq matching with it?

You can do a lot of stuff with VAST.  Though it's not designed to be 'Mastering-friendly'.  Better off getting a piece of cheap hardware like the Behringer Finalizer.  It may be cheap and all, but it will do a heck of a lot more than VAST in the mastering realm.  And a whole lot easier too.

I was asking more about KDFX, not VAST. I definitely know VAST cant master, but I have heard of people mastering with KDFX.

use LiveMode, and set up your K to act as an Insert on your signal chain from DAW to AMP to monitors.

I use the KSP8 as part of our mastering chain.  It doesn't do EQ matching (ie listen to a source and emulate it's frequency spectrum), but IMHO this aint' the best way to master anyway.

I use the Stereo analysis algorithm accross 4 busses as a mono compatible stereo widener, using the same algorithm as the SPL Mk2T, use the KSP8's multiband compressor (when required), the parametric EQ's, and another stereo algorithm that works in much the same was as the Behringer Edison (except with better control).

I use the KSP8 in conjunction with a tube pre-amp, an SPL Tube Vitalizer and a Waves MaxxBCL for our mastering chain, and we've been pretty happy with the results.

As I save up a bit of money, I'll put a better tube pre-amp in, and probably a dedicated EQ, like the Manley Massive Passive, SPL or Avalon.

It's definately possible, and the quality of the FX is really good in KDFX.

The K25/2600 has more limited FX power and less flexible routing, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to implement my entire mastering chain on the K2600, but it has all of the building blocks available, so you could probably do it in a few passes using RAM Tracks or Live Mode.
